Foundations in Hydraulic Engineering.
YIPU’s founding team enters the high-pressure hydraulic industry, developing cylinders, power units, and customized hydraulic solutions to support the rapidly growing machinery sectors in China and Southeast Asia, where the company first operated from its early base in Singapore.
1990s
Heavy Lifting & Industrial System Development.
• Expands from components to complete hydraulic systems for industrial plants, steel structures, and construction engineering.
• Develops the first generation of multi-point lifting and skidding systems for national infrastructure projects.
2000–2010
Synchronous Control & Digitalization.
• Introduces PLC-based synchronous lifting platforms integrating sensors, displacement transducers, and advanced HPUs.
• Develops high-tonnage weighing and static load-testing systems for bridges, metro structures, and large civil works.
• Expands partnerships with major EPC contractors and heavy-industry enterprises in China.
2010–2020
Large-Scale Engineering & International Expansion.
• YIPU systems are adopted in major projects including immersed-tube tunnels, metro hubs, long-span bridges, and complex steel structures.
• Launches high-tonnage 3D positioning systems for shipyards and offshore modules, enabling millimetre-level alignment for structures up to 10,000 tons.
• Develops specialized systems for military parachute training, hydraulic press calibration, architectural shading, and smoke-ventilation roofs.
• Begins serving clients in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
2020s
Global Integration & Intelligent Hydraulic Platforms.
