Synchronized Heavy Lifting System
Heavy lifting operations often require the deployment of multiple heavy lifting jacks at various jacking points, each supporting different loads.
These jacks are connected to power packs that generate the necessary pressure to lift the load. However, due to the inherent properties of hydraulic systems, oil tends to flow toward the jack with the lowest pressure, leading to uneven lifting across points.
This imbalance can result in overstressing the lifted object during operation.
The YIPU hydraulic’s Synchronized Lifting System is specifically designed to regulate the movement of each jack across multiple jacking points, ensuring a smooth and safe lifting process. The system synchronizes the operation of all jacks to maintain uniformity.
It consists of a computer controller, along with height and pressure sensors installed at each jacking point. The controller processes real-time height and pressure data, adjusting the hydraulic valves to control the movement of each jack. This ensures synchronized operation, regardless of the load distribution across points.
Additionally, pressure readings are transmitted to the controller, where they are converted into load readings and displayed on the screen. The system also automatically calculates and displays the center of gravity (CG) position, providing critical operational insights.
