The Servo Synchronous Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) is an intelligent multi-point lifting and leveling system designed for high-precision structural jacking and alignment.
Integrating a servo hydraulic pump, proportional valve block, PLC closed-loop control, and multi-sensor feedback, the system achieves ±0.3–0.5 mm synchronization accuracy even under complex and uneven loading conditions.
It is widely used in bridge bearing replacement, metro/tunnel lifting, building relocation, and offshore module alignment.
