Project Overview :

In modern metro train maintenance, electrically driven mechanical jacks are commonly used to lift entire trains at multiple jacking points. However, the lack of synchronization among these jacks can result in jamming and uneven lifting due to uneven load distribution

Our Solution

To address this challenge, YIPU has developed an advanced mobile hydraulic train lifting system designed for precision and reliability.

The system integrates a mobile jacking base, two-stage self-locking hydraulic cylinders, a travelling mechanism, a hydraulic power pack, and a sophisticated computerized control system. During operation, the controller ensures precise synchronization of each lifting jack, maintaining height accuracy within ±1 mm for safe and seamless train elevation.
